This window film is beautiful. It was very easy to work with using a t-square and a razor blade. The backing was thick enough that you could cut it on any flat surface without cutting through the backing. I used slightly soapy water on the window and the film was easily manueverable to get it perfect. Then just squeegee it down and you've got a beautiful stained glass window. I'll never use standard frosting on a window for privacy again. This makes the window look like a masterpiece. I thought it was expensive when I first got it, but this film is thick, translucent, beautiful and well worth the cost.

For $30 I can cover up an icky view! It easy to work with. It's not sticky, so if you get it in the wrong place the first time just peel it off, wet the window and try again. Thumbs up from me.

This product did not meet our expectations. It was much darker that what was on the website and was more difficult to put up. However we found a video on how to put up the product that was very helful.

I bought this product, because i live in a studio apt. with casement windows. I did not want curtains, because i needed all the privacy and light i could get. Well, when it arrived i put it up. it was soooo easy and the results were exactly what i wanted. I have since bought another design for the other windows. This product is terrific.

I have bought two other window film products from this company several years ago and wanted to update the look of my bathroom with the bamboo film. Keep in mind that the pattern goes up and down so if you are very particular about and want a horizontal pattern application consider another pattern and the dimensions. Also the color is darker than the image displayed. I have a light blue cloud and the white washed ones from the past. I prefer the lighter colors because it makes the rooms look or feel bigger and brighter than the bamboo film. I like the product because it keeps out the heat on the east side of my house/bathroom windows that gets a ton of sun in the summer and I live in a neighborhood where the houses are so close together and I can see inside their house so I think they can see in my bedroom/bathroom clear windows without the film especially when the light are on inside my house at night. I had the light blue cloud one in my bathroom for at least 4 years and I removed it easily and placed it in my bedroom window (I recycled it) and am happy to have been able to reuse it with good use. I like the film also because it is not so cluttered looking like drapes would be and it cleans very nice and does let in light unlike drapes. You can very easily remove it and reapply for cleaning or removal.

I read the reviews on the ease of using this Brand of window film. The reviews were right on! It was very simple to apply.

I cut mine into rectangles to give the window a "pane" effect. Therefore, I had to remove and re-apply several times. No problem whatsoever in re-applying.

Not only does it give privacy, but it also allows the sunlight in. The window looks like artwork! I really like the look -so I permanently removed the curtains!

I am VERY satisfied with this product! I will be doing my slider doors next!

I used this to cover the bathroom window in our motorhome. It is easy to install. It looks great and provides privacy.

Cons: The bamboo is a gold-bronze with yellow-brownish tone and the supposed white background has a grayish-blue hue and is darker as advertised.
My room is black and white Japanese stile,with natural stone ornaments. So,putting this window film at my slide doors , it just don't fit because of the blueish - goldish color of the film.
Now my living room looks like an souvenir shop of the 70's.

This was my second purchase of this brand of window film (new apartment, different design) and I'm every bit as pleased with it as I was with the first. Excellent quality, and to my eye looks amazingly like the "real thing" once in place. Take it from me that you should do the measuring and cutting very carefully, carpenter style -- "measure twice, cut once." (And if you're as bad at all that as I am, try to err on the "excess" side, which can always be trimmed away.) After that part is accomplished, it's very easy to apply. And they include a little squeegee in the package to make it even easier.

these fit my windows perfectly, lets in ambient sunlight, and allows for the blinds to stay up and away from kitty claws & teeth, lol. they stay in the window with no problem and rely on a lil bit of static electricity and water. Even though it's an easy application, be sure to follow the directions.
