If you have ever sought classical music as a way to relax, Mozart is not the only source. A relatively unknown contemporary classical composer, Arvo Part, has written beautiful and relaxing music. But make no mistake -- he is a 20th century composer, not of the Haydn/Mozart era. The last piece on this CD is called Spiegel im Spiegel (Mirror on Mirror) and it alone is worth the purchase of the CD. The violin ensemble of Angele Dubeau (Canadian)interprets the music with depth.
