I haven't read a lot of Blaze books, mainly because most read like reject scripts for porno movies--and the accepted ones are bad from jump. But Sobrato manages to develope-not only a hot, steamy love scene, eye-widening bravado, and funny situations-but fully developed, realized characters. The only flaws I would say were the transparent prostitute ring, and the motivation behind the antagonist's reasoning for the crime. I think it needed to be something deeper than what was presented. Over all, I highly recommend this book.

One steamy night can change everything...

She needs to get him into her bed. And once Claire Elliot has had her way with Mason Walker, she'll be able to stop obsessing about him and move on. There's no way he can be as good as she imagines. But he's not cooperating and is showing surprising resistance to her naughty suggestions. Guess she'll have to try harder to convince him.

Phoenix travel agent Claire Elliot manages Sunny Horizons Travel, but she can't seem to get Mason Walker (her best friend's brother in-law) out of her mind. Though both times they have some face to face have been disasters. The first time she leaved him stranded in the Arizona desert when she drives off with his Porsche. The second time at her friends and his brothers wedding in Hawaii it is like mixing oil and water. But, why can't she get him out of her mind. He has opened a new resort get away and while she is driving her car, Claire fantasizes that she is making love with Mason and runs a red light that leads to an accident.

Claire decides she all she needs to do is to sleep with the man to get him out of her system. So she drops everything and heads off to his new resort "Escapade". To her shock, Mason rejects her even though she tries to seduce him and though he wants her badly. But, as she turns up the tropical heat, he starts to melt. She is also able to help him determine what is happening at his resort when she overhears a "woman being hired". She helps him break up the ring and further endears her to his heart.
