This cat has married Bird and Cannonball with an amazing 'Getzian' sense of melody on these cuts. I've seen him play with a few bands and he always come out like a champ when the floor opens to him. He is a consumate wind player- his flute chops are dizzying. This album is a fun, interesting great CD. You won't be disappointed.

This entire album is an absolute joy to listen to!!! All of Mark's songs radiate a fun, light-hearted attitude while maintaining the highest level of intensity and musicianship. A GREAT ALBUM!!!
