This book is must reading for anyone that contemplates the world around them and there role/opportunity in that world. James Allen is an outstanding writer with clear but deep insights into the soul of mankind. Easily read in one sitting, this book is an annual review for me.

I constantly read and re read this book every day. This book offers success tips in all areas of your life. A true MUST READ!

This is a great book for those that are willing to dig a little deeper into the human thought process.

This book directs mental discipline of controlling thoughts- what to eliminate - how to take charge of your thinking and effect on action. It is short, powerful and sadly did not become popular until roughly 50 yeas after it was written and the James Allen did not get the wealth the book has created. This is only second to my 'repetitive' readings to the Bible - you might say As a Man Thinketh is like Proverbs on over drive . . . I gift this book massively . . . Hmmmmmmm - I should record an audio of it - just writing this review gives me another thing to do!

This book is amazingly dense with transformative ideas. If you buy into it, and put it to practice, it will change your life.

This classic series of little articles are some of the most thought provoking words ever put to paper. It has been my experience that it is written in a style that is challenging for most modern readers (I've shared it with as many people as I can), but if one puts forth the effort to comprehend what James Allen is saying, these writings have the power to LITERALLY change your life.

If you never read another book, read this one.

This is one of my very favorite books of all time. It is short, but gives great advice on life. If you are looking to delve a little deeper into your own philosophical ideals, a desire to change, or becoming who you want to become I would highly recommend this book.

This book is probably the very tirst one to write about this idea. In the end it's by far not as good as the books that have been written after this!!!
