Editorial Reviews

Analog Moon returns after an over-two-year hiatus with the follow-up to 2007's A.M. Radio with the eclectic and mysterious Ascent and The Secret There Below. Recorded at Western North Carolina's Echo Mountain Studios with producer/drummer, Jon Ashley, the album shows an expansion of the creative palette for which Analog Moon has already come to be known. Many listeners will find the songs on Ascent and The Secret There Below more accessable but no less asserting. Each track arouses a different sense and touches a different emotion. Sit back and enjoy the return of Analog Moon.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Album April 23, 2011

Great sound. Catchy and well crafted. Some songs with great electric drive, others with a solid acoustic flavor. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth the wait December 12, 2010

I have been a fan of this group since its inception in Columbia. When the band decided to take a break, I was disappointed. It seems that they picked up where the left off, but with a more "full" sound. The layers seem to be carefully constructed to provide a more full-bodied haunting sound. Good stuff!
