waste of time and money, January 2, 2012

I received the pedal as a Christmas gift.I plugged it in and attempted to play this piece. The chorus effect of the pedal is mediocre at best we're talking Behringer quality at higher than Boss prices. The flange did not even work at all rather it gave off a horrible high pitched squealing and hissing sound way louder than the notes you are trying to play. I cut my losses and continued using my mediocre chorus pedal. By new years day the pedal would still turn on and the V-U meter still worked but the signal was competently clean no mediocre effects to be heard in the mix. I will never buy another Ashdown product again I've had issues with their amp heads, their cabs, and now their pedals, if they worried about the electronics and quality of their products rather than the esthetic maybe they wouldn't be that little company no ones heard of.
