What I love most about Ashley's work (Popbot, Metal Gear Solid, World War Robot etc. etc.) is the unique humor he innocently sprays over the pages.
His babes are sexy but by adding his wonderful sense of humor he introduces us to a beautiful light take on female nudity/erotics.
Often the thin girls are accompanied by their huge robot partners and although these metal monsters dwarf the babes they somehow seem to keep the upper hand in the relationships - could this have something to do with Ashley's view on real life?
THis coffee table sized book is a great introduction to Ashley's marvelous artwork. It combines his two previous nude collections but I suggest you get this one. It's HC, perfectly bound, a good size and the printing - as always with IDW - is top notch.

When I bought this book I though it will have the normal sexy art that I am used to see from Ashley, I found that some of his pieces for this book was too explicit and a bit gross. It is a personal taste issue, I do love some of the pieces in it, but I do see some repetition from other books I have from him.

Overall I would not return it because I love his art, but it is not a book I will show to my friends or see often.

fantastic collection, I leave it on my table to flip through, great art, thoughtful, fun, provocative. Buy it.

Excellent content, excellent hardcover/binding, nice satured colors (if you compare the same images on other printed sources such as Ashley Wood's "48 more nudes"), great selection of works and beatiful large, square format too.
