This is an excellent book, its key feature is the squence of every movement during your yoga practice and photoed specifically breath-by-breath, not just step-by-step.It's very helpful for new ashtanga yoga practicers. What lacks in this book is it only provided part of primary series. It will be excellent if the complete primary series and finish series can be included. |
