We bought a laptop from them in August 04. The thing blew up immediately afterward. I am the technical liason for my department (355 computers). I have worked with computers for 12 years and I have a masters degree in computer science. I have never seen this poor (nonexistent) level of support. Try it. Go to www.ashtondigital.com and click on support. You'll see what I mean.
