This item is just what I needed and wanted. However, two of the ashtrays were broken in shipment. I submitted a claim to the seller, and AMAZON has recorded the correspondence. I paid for 12 - and received 10 to use. NO REPLY, NO REPLACEMENT, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied! Just a simple "We're Sorry" would have gone a long way. I remember when the customer used to be appreciated in business. They would want your continued business. I feel this company could care less. They GOT THEIR MONEY and don't have any remorse. BEWARE !!!!!!
