We heard from a food scientist that asiago cheese made fantastic bread. We purchased some cheese bits and tried it. It was very good. This is a soft, full loaf full of the flavor of asiago cheese. It is a very unusual bread but it makes great sandwiches and accompanies main dishes well. We like it for grilled sandwiches and with soups. If you like the pungent, full-bodied flavor of asiago cheese, try this bread. This package contains one bread mix. Each mix makes a large loaf--approximately two pounds.

This bread works perfect with soup or by itself. Really a wonderful, full flavored bread. I put the mix in my bread maker on the basic setting and then out came another hit from The Prepared Pantry!
