DirectionsServes 4. 1 Packet Thais Spicy Basil Stir Fry Spice Paste; 2-3 tbsp Vegetable oil; 675 g (1-1/2) Combination of cut baby sweetcorn, broccoli, mushrooms or eggplant (aubergine); Basil leave and red chillies as garnish. 1. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan on High heat. Add SpicePaste and stir fry for 1/2 minute. 2. Add vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and crisp. 3. Garnish. Serve hot with rice. Variations: a) You may use seasonal vegetables of your choice or a combination of vegetables and tofu. b) You may replace vegetables with minced meat, chicken or a combination of seafood.
