I'm sorry, but Ken Foster calls 300 pages of questions a book...you've got to be kidding?! I am a huge self help book fan, but this is ridiculous. It seems like he culled questions from every self help book ever written and threw them into 300 pages of ...you got it...questions to ask yourself!

Answering all of these 1001 questions won't lead you to success. There is nothing related to implementation, analysis, tips...nothing but questions that most of us have seen time and time again, but never in one book. Overwhelming and only geared toward self discovery, but not success.

Maybe it should be called "We Ask and You Become Introspective."

I found Ken Fosters book very useful in helping me focus on issues that were holding me back. By concentrating on one of the questions in the book at a time and writing down the answers as they evolved, I eventually arrived at a solution that showed me the action I needed to take.

This is a book that I will refer to frequently, such is the nature of life that I do not know which questions I will need to find answers for in the future, but I am sure that they will be in one of the sections of this book.

I am pleased that I bought the book and would recommend it to everyone searching for answers to their limiting questions.

I have been utilizing Ken's book in my private practice and in my personal relationships from the moment I received it. Ken inherently understands the value of asking empowering questions and how effective the process is in helping others cut through the mental clutter to reach their own inspiring conclusions. His questions move us beyond the story of who we think we are into who we are destined to become.

A couple years back I decided to start my own journey to discover my true self. My mentor told me that I would not need to read any books because I had all the answers within. So I trusted this, and with her support while I answered my own questions,I moved closer and closer to living the life that satisfied my heart's longings. This book has it all - all the questions you need to ask yourself (and I did this as if it was my wise older self asking the questions from my heart space).No one knows what is best for me but me. This book allows us to trust that we have all the answers in order to live an empowered life full of abundance. This is a book to refer to again and again as it covers all areas in life you may need support in. If you are willing to look at all aspects of your self and answer truthfully, you will enjoy every page.

This book is great if you are stuck. Asking the right questions will get your mind going in the right direction IF you take the time to ANSWER those questions. This book has some info at the beginning to read and then after that it is just chapters of questions. The nice thing about it, is that you don't read it from cover to cover. Once you read the first part of it, you can then go to whatever section you need more help with like the chapter on Money or Family or Career, etc. If you look at the titles of the various chapters, you will intuitively know what chapters to look at first so you can read the questions and answer them. I found myself reading the questions in a certain section and then I would not necessarily answer all of the questions but I found that there were some questions that I felt it more pertinent to answer than others. I also found myself coming up with questions of my own. I found myself writing about how I wanted to design my new home just from reading one question and that gave me more hope about getting my goals written out and actually manifested. It will get your thinking more organized. If you get this book, (and I suggest you do), be sure to have a notebook, a good writing pen, a warm cup of tea and a comfortable place to sit and write because this book is not a book to just read... it will get you thinking so write down the answers and you'll be closer to your goals. Great book!!
