About the Author
Alma is the mother of three grown children, Peter, Anthony, and Nora, and has a granddaughter, Ruby Hanna. She lives in New York City.
If you asked him twenty years ago how the angels coming into his life would change him, Andrew Ramer would never have imagined that they would lead him back to the Judaism of his childhood, or deeper into a celebration of the spiritual blessings of being a gay man - but that's exactly what happened. He continues to talk with the angels, occasionally teaches an angel workshop, and is highly active in the LGBT synagogue two blocks from his home. Grounded in his Jewish roots, he also prays in two local churches, a downtown mosque, and maintains the same Buddhist meditation practice he was doing when the angels first came to him in 1982.

Timothy Wyllie was born In England during World War 11 and trained as an architect. He practiced in London and the Bahamas before joining a religious community and traveling with it throughout Europe and the United States. In 1977, he left the community and started a small business in New York City marketing his invention of a photographic slide storage system to photographers, corporations and museums. By 1981 he was able to devote himself full time to a study of non-human spiritual intelligences of which he was made aware during a Near Death Experience in 1973. His books include Dolphins ETs & Angels (1984), Adventures Among Spiritual Intelligences (2002), and The Return of the Rebel Angels (published in 2011 by Inner Traditions/Bear & Co.). His cosmic creation myth The Helianx Proposition is published by the Daynal Institute Press in 2011), and he is currently co-authoring a seven-volume work: The Revelations of a Rebel Angel, which he hopes to complete before the end of the world.

As with the other reviewer(s), I strongly suggest you read through the entire book first to get an overview of the work to be done, and then go through the process piece by piece. This is not a quick and dirty thing you're trying, but a long and serious project. Don't approach it as anything but. However, once gone through, the benefits are real and substantial. Even if one didn't believe in angels, the grounding and releasing exercises would be of real benefit.
Bottom line, buy this book if you're willing to do the work on yourself to enable yourself to hear your angels.
"Ask your Angels" will take you through all the basic steps- from learning how to meditate, to teaching you how to align and let go of all the negative emotions that prevent us from reaching our holy helpers.
Finally, "Ask your Angels" is written with a realistic view that making contact with your angels may not be an easy process, yet very possible if you follow the easy and effective steps in reaching your goal!
I have read this book over and over and have brought if for gifts for many of my friends. " Ask your AngelS" is a must have in your collection of spiritual books.
Since angels seem to be the 'hip' item these days, and with shows like "Touched By an Angel", it is no wonder that people today want to know more about their own guardian angels/spirit guides.
It is suggested you read this ENTIRE book FIRST! Then, when finished, concentrate on Chapter 9.
Again, a MUST HAVE for anyone who wants to speak with their angels!
Alma Daniel has a loving, sweet enrgy and it shows in every word of this book.
Although the guide simplifies the steps one needs to do to connect with one's angel or higher self, the process they outline isn't an easy quick fix.
I was, in fact, disheartened when I arrived at the chapter on forgiveness, but took heart during the chapter on grace.
