I wanted to stop smoking and half-heartedly listened to the CD. I am not sure what combination of insights did it for me, but I found myself wanting a cigarette and thinking of a quote from the CD then just not wanting it bad enough to light up. There is subliminal messaging going on in the background that resonated with something in me in addition to the spoken words. I would "think" of wanting a cigarette, "think" of the words from the CD, then not "feel" like smoking one at that time. The combination did it for me...and for me it was all about results.
