This hypnosis cd is not very helpful. I have been hypnotized for smoking and weight loss in the past. Those sessions worked well. This doesn't. Not only didn't I achieve a hypnotic state (which I can generally do easily), the weight reduction suggestions are almost non-existent. Most of the cd is him saying "and it really doesn't matter." In fact, that sums up my feelings on this hypnosis cd.
