This has become one of my most used reference books. It helps me like a good friend, at least a friend who happens to have very detailed listings of steam properties. As someone who doesn't use this daily, I find the book to include enough detail to be accurate and minimize interpolation, and far better then the back of a Thermodynamics textbook. My reason behind 4 stars is it does lack explanations that a textbook would have included, and can assume you are an expert in the subject, and not just looking up a value for a quick sanity check.
