About the Author

Paul Andersen is a free-lance writer who worked 10 years as a reporter/editor for the Aspen Times paper, and before that spent a decade writing and editing the Crested Butte Chronicle. Andersen, a free-lance writer since 1992, is inspired by outdoor adventure and environmental issues. His work appears in magazines and books featuring photography and history of Western Colorado.
