I rate this on a scale from 1-5 with 5 bring the best, a 1. I never received the book and although I got refunded the money I still to this day don't know what happened as to why I didn't receive this item. It showed a lack of professionalism and it was too late to order another book offline so I had to go to the bookstore and do a same day purchase which cost way more. Very unsatisfied and will not do business with you again ad I'm still waiting on my apology.
