This review is from: Assignment: Death Ship (Mass Market Paperback)
Durell is after a deadly visus that kills without mercy. Lots of twists and plot turns, plenty of ruthless killers after the same thing as Durell goes aboard a 'death ship' with a thousand dead bodies. His journey takes him to around the globe and finally to India. In India, the misery and filth is captured as Durell, the CIA trouble-shooter tracks down the characters while avoiding KGB killers and double-crossing criminals bent on possessing the virus. Starts out a bit slow as some characters are introduced but picks up to a break-neck pace as the bodies pile up and the deadline draws near. Five .38 Specials for this one.
