Rip-Off Not Worthy of Amazon,

The sample business plan included in this rip-off concerns conversion of a four-bedroom manufactured home, a trailer, into an Assisted Living Facility. The purpose of the business plan is to underwrite under [...] in investment capital to make this sterling investment concept a reality. This item is not worthy of inclusion in the inventory of Amazon. Additionally, I paid [...] for "Expedited Shipping," which took over a week for a hand-addressed envelop to arrive with First Class postage (a single 42-cent stamp). This is pure amateur fraud facilitated by Amazon.
