I purchased this charger/maintainer about five years ago and despite being made in China it's still doing great. If you do a search for this item you'll notice some of them have a blue product sticker on them that has the Associated Equipment name on it, that's the one I have.

There is a small switch on it that allows for 6V or 12V charging and it comes with two different cables that feature different end options. One cable comes with post clamps that are a little thinner than what some chargers come with. They will clamp onto a motorcycle battery post's a little easier but with some batteries this will still prove to be a pain. Thin or thick clamps isn't a deal breaker for people with small batteries because as with 99% of all small chargers/maintainers sold these days this charger also comes with a cable that has an eyelet end with about a 1/4 inch hole so you can bolt it to the battery in a secure manner.

I only use this for maintaining my Optima battery and I purchased it before I knew about the Battery MINDer 12118 (no longer available) built specifically for AGM batteries. Although the voltage on this charger peaks just slightly higher than Optima specifies in float mode my battery seems to be doing quite well. After five years worth of service the battery is still going strong even though it's not used for months at a time leading me to believe using this as a maintainer on it can't be that bad.

I fully charged my Optima and let it sit overnight with no load, the resting state voltage check showed 12.77V.
I set my Fluke to record high and low voltage while in float mode and walked away for about an hour, this is what it recorded.
Low voltage noted 13.28V, peak voltage noted 14.
