If the same thing happens again, within a 12-month period, we’ll replace your purchase … or reimburse you for your lemon.

Sometimes a part is defective or was installed improperly. When this happens we’ll help you resolve the problem with the manufacturer during their coverage time. After the manufacturer's warranty ends, we'll take over and handle the problem for you.

Parts and Labor (no deductible)
Should your product require repair, we’ll cover it according to the terms of your agreement. We’re proud of our service providers and work hard to ensure they do a quality job every time.
