My son lost his iPod in the snow and found it the next day in a snow bank. Dead and not working. I purchased this plan with the iPod so I called to see what they could do. I got a check in the mail for the cost of the iPod. Waiting for the new one to be shipped. Fast service, no hassles or red tape to get thru. Purchased again for the new iPod. Definitely recommend this insurance.
