The website is horrible - completely useless and amateur. I've never been more frustrated trying to create an account and register....and it is still incomplete. The customer service reps are useless as well, and don't know how to navigate the website either. Don't waste your time and money.

I agree with the reviewer who says $15 to cover an iPod is a reasonable insurance. However, it is worthless if you can't register the product, and the website virtually prohibits you from doing that. Through trial and error, I finally found the "MP3 Player" option (for an iPod) in the cryptic sequence of product categories, but of course then "Apple" is not one of the "Brand" choices in the next step. I finally got to the end, and the site crashed when I finally was able to click the "register" button.

It is totally incompatible with Chrome - will crash every few mouseclicks. You can get a little further using Firefox, but ultimately it crashes before you can complete the registration. The "chat assistant" was able to enter serial number and my phone number, but could not enter the 4 product categories required, and eventually gave up also, with "you don't really need to be registered to file a claim anyway..". Right. I'm sure the claims process is much smoother.

I disagree with the reviewer who thought the website was poorly designed. I suspect it is designed EXACTLY the way they intended... to discourage customers from registering a product or ever filing a claim.

Sales page states "Spills? Drops? Cracks? No worries. Accidents happen and we cover them from day one." But when you get the email official version on page 1 it says "we don’t cover items that are accidentally damaged, such as water damage, dropped devices and cracked laptop screens". So seems like you are buying completely worthless warranty.

It's insurance so I don't have a lot of positive to day about it. Hope I don't have to use it, but thought I should get it.

Our daughter just purchased a 32G iPod. The iPod was around $280. This 2-year warranty was only $15 for drops and spills. Couldn't pass it up.
