no joke, its loud! I have this model as well as there double trumpet horn on my truck and its frikkin funny to scare the cr_p out of people with both of em together! Either model is loud enough but I have a tendency to go overboard so I got em both:). For the price you cant beat em. If you gonna get somenthing like this buy it from assured automotive co, they will bend over backwards and always do right by there customer. I've had a couple different horns on my truck trying to find one that was good and loud...this is definitly it. My 1 and only issue is the little clear air line that comes with the horn is very flimsy. It blew out after having it installed for 2 days. I replaced it with 1/4 air hose frome Home Depot with 300psi burst pressure. It had a fitting on one end and the other I cut to length.

My son bought this horn for his Semi. He loves how loud it is and the reaction he gets when he hits the button to sound the horn. It took us about 45 minutes to mount and hook it up. Pretty simple.

I received the horn very quickly in the mail but they were covered in sticky junk and i believe if you buy something new it should be clean. It is what it is. I wont be doing business again :/
