Cacofonix is the best
Great quality books, well bound. Its a must buy if you are a Asterix fan. Shipped in time. I will try and order more in the series.

Great deal but watch out for the bad print
The color print is washed out; text suffers the most with that font style. It's a great price and that may be the reason for the bad print.

A very enjoyable series. Of course, you have to be able to understand the subtle humor in these books. Definitely not for those who only like serious reading. If you enjoy slapstick humor you might still enjoy these, but you may want to look a little deeper than that.

My brother always received Asterix comics, not me--I felt it so unfair that he got the funny stuff just because he was a boy. The bumbling best friend Obelix and the heroic Asterix, in their challenges against the Romans, makes for a funny and entertaining read. Can't wait for my son to finish this Christmas present so I can read it! Although this comic series tends to appeal to boys, girls who are tired of "girly" comics will find the dynamic between the friends and the detailed illustrations appealing. I know I did. And still do.

I bought this graphic novel as a gift for my wife who became a fan of the diminutive Gaul in childhood. The omnibus is a great gift for anyone who is a fan. The art is very good as is the writing. Containing three separate adventures it is a very good value.

Yeah, it's Asterix, but I think the author started running out of good ideas. All 3 of these stories were pretty lame; nothing like the old Asterix.

I read the Asterix comics when I was a kid and bought this one for my son. It is a nice edition with three books in one.
