Directions
Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.

After 15+ years on an inhaler I found Heel Asthma. It works for me, will break an attack for me. I've been using it for about 5 years now with none of the nasty side effects I experienced with my inhaler. I would not go back to an inhaler for anything! Thank you Heel.
