Despite Aston Martin's resurgence in the motoring world, there are still precious few Aston books (and even fewer covering the even-rarer post-war Lagonda models) for the early Aston-Martin enthusiast. Thus, it's a happy thing that this book can still be found. Informative and well-illustrated throughout, only lack of color photographs gave me reason to rate it less than 5 stars - but if you're familiar with this popular series of collector's guides, you probably know that you usually don't get that anyway. Highly recommended book for the models covered - and worth buying for the Lagonda chapters alone!
