Placed on a table or hung by its loop, this solid brass lantern casts warm candlelight on any party or gathering after dark. It has butterfly and grasshopper designs, sculpted in detail, on its sides and wears a blue-green verdigris finish with brightly polished accents. The lantern's door latches securely with a brass pin. Measuring 5-3/4 inches square and 6-3/4 inches high, the lantern is satisfyingly heavy and works best with a dripless candle (not included) that is 1-1/2 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. --Fred Brack

Hang it on a plant pole or use as a citronella holder for a table. How ever you choose to use this it is quite an accent to any flower garden, table or use many on plant poles to light the walkway. I have gotten many compliments on this useful and beautiful lantern. I had to buy more. Great wedding gift for the outdoor entertainers too.

This lovely lamp adds a wonderful touch to my outside japanese garden as I am sure it will when I move it inside for the winter. It is well constructed and adds a touch of class immediately upon use.
