We love this bird bath, the finish is wonderful and it's very sturdy which we need in the strong winds that go through our area. We've had other bird bathes but they always got knocked over. This one is heavy and secure enough that it's safe and we no longer worry about having it blow over or blow away. Good item and excellent buy!

This is a charming bird bath. It blends in nicely with my garden. No sooner had I filled it with water I had my first bird visitor take a dip. The birds like it, too. This was a real bargin.

This is an adorable item. It is a brighter green than I was expecting. However, it looks beautiful and blends well in the garden. I was a little disappointed when the screws and lugnuts that I needed for assembly were left out of the shipment. But I don't feel that I can complain about having to make a trip to the hardware store, when the price was unbeatable, the birdbath was beautiful, and shipment was free and fast! Thank you. I plan to buy several similar items.

We put it together right away and it was more than expected. Can't wait for Spring to put it out in the yard for the birds to enjoy! An excellent product!

I love this birdbath! It is a little greener than it appears in the picture featured but it is lovely! It was shipped out promptly and I received it sooner than expected. I got this as a gift for my mother who is an avid bird lover and she loves it! We put it together right away (not hard at all) and can't wait to put it out in the yard. If you're looking for something to add class to your yard, this birdbath is wonderful! Highly recommended!!

I was delighted with the Astonica birdbath when I finally did receive it after 2 1/2 months of waiting. It is very sturdy in the Nebraska winds and the birds do love it. Mine was somewhat scarred up in shipment was a disappointment, but due to the wait I incurred in getting it, I was not going to return it.

I really liked this birdbath when I purchased it because it looked really nice. However, after just a few months of use, the inside of the bowl started to peel. I change the water every day so I hope I noticed that the bowl was peeling before my birds drank some of the paint. I hope I didn't kill any of my birds. So, beware!! Just because it looks good dosen't mean a thing.

Description is incorrect: bowl and birds are aluminum, but post, base, and feet are iron or steel. Threaded studs, washers, and nuts that mount birds to bowl are (non-stainless) steel. Expect galvanic action due to contact of dissimilar metals. Don't know about hardware to mount post to bowl and to base, or feet to base, as they were either not included or fell out during shipment.

(Factory) packaging is completely inadequate, given product's weight. Items are wrapped in bubble pack and placed loosely in a weak cardboard box, with a token sheet of styrofoam between base and bowl. Box arrived punctured and ripped open. I was amazed any of the small items - birds, feet - were still there. Paint was chipped away on multiple components, including steel ones, which'll require touch-up in order to avoid rust. Post's top mounting holes already had rust. Fortunately, nothing was bent or broken.

Manufacturer should improve packaging and raise price to cover additional cost. Other Astonica products that I've bought - dragonfly and butterfly ornaments - were adequately packed, albeit much lighter.

I order this bird bath back in June and waited two months for it to be shipped. When it finally arrived, the bowl section was broken. It seems that section is not metal and the rest of the bird bath is metal. The manufacturer only used loose bubble wrap to cushion it in the box. When I called the manufacturer's "800" number, they immediately offered to send a replacement. It arrived very quickly and very much damaged in the same manner as the first one. Until this manufacturer improves their shipping, I strongly recommend that you do not buy this item.

The packaging and quality control of this product is very poor. The item was shipped without any hardware (screws/washers/nuts) and was chipped in places (which I was willing to live with). I called the company to report the missing hardware, and they shipped a box of hardware that was still missing the parts I needed. I called again to report three items still missing. They then sent me another birthbath that was broken in three places but did have the hardware inside I needed to fix the first one. Ridiculous!!
