For the price, these chairs were an excellent bargain. I guess I was one of the lucky ones; although the box they came in was in bad shape, the chairs themselves were undamaged. I had no problems getting the bubble wrap off the chairs.

The chairs are VERY strong and beautiful. One surprise, however: the are EXTREMELY light-weight. My chairs are on my patio in Oklahoma and they are so light they are easily pushed around by wind. I solved that problem by using bungie cords to attach them to the patio table when they are not in use. The set still looks great since the cords are not noticeable.

I am sure there are other alternatives to preventing them from being blown around, but just be aware of this one drawback to otherwise great chairs.

Again, for the price, you just can't beat these.

Good quality, strong and well made for the price. Definately not the platic chairs from walmart.

These chairs are very comfortable, and seem to be very durable to the rain / weather ... No complaints at all.

I found these chairs to be very nice when they arrived. My only frustration was when trying to get the bubble wrap off I ended up scratching the legs because the tape was so stuck I had to cut it off.

These chairs are very comfortable and an excellent quality for the money. The box they were shipped in was HORRIBLE. It was totally destroyed which left some scratches on the chairs, but the scratches were easily touched-up with the paint provided by the manufacturer.

I purchased these chairs and the matching table in 2005 and have never regreted it for a second. The quality for the price is good. The chairs are very comfortable and light. The table is beautiful. The customer service on the part of the manufacturer was unmatched. Almost a year after buying we moved cross conutry and all the hardware for the table was lost, I mean all the hardware!! I called the company not expecting much, they surpassed my expectations. They sent all new hardware. I was so happy that I didn't have to replace this set.

Chairs are nice for the price, but if you have ANY problems with them, I as did, take care of the problem the day you receive these. AMAZON & WORLD FACTORY have TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service when it comes to replacements because an item is defective. I received a chair with a leg that was snaped off and NEITHER of these two companies would replace it!!!
