This was the first book I read on astral dynamics (the old edition) and it still is the best one on the subject.
I have read many different books on spirituality and out of body experiences, but I believe this is the most comprehensive guide on conscious projection in existence.
Also - as a side note - I am still hoping that Robert will soon get back into writing books rather than just marketing his paid video lectures from his website.
