I think the sound of the running brook and the music is soothing. The frequency or "white noise" in the background feels stimulating to the "third eye". My only beef with it, is the sudden screeching noise that comes from what is supposed to be a hawk, falcon or eagle. It's not terrible, but it is a bit disruptive to the smooth flow of the rest of what makes this piece relaxing and meditative.
