I noticed a grapefruit-sized ding/dent on my hood after parking downtown for an evening. The pressure/vaccum action from raising the clip to lock the suction in place was enough to pull the ding out. I didn't have to pull on it or tug at all.

This is a great tool. It sticks to all flat surfaces, easy to use, I was shock at how well it performed, it is rated for 77 lbs, but can handle more. I am using it to lift rv refrigerators (recessed), it only made a mark if I purposely tried to rip it off, pushing and pulling too hard in all directions, and it still would not come off. This is definitely worth every penny.

My bike rack dented the trunk on my new car. They don't make them like they used to. I started to see if I could take out the liner and push it back out. That quickly became obvious it would take a while. So I looked this up and ordered it. Even on a crease in the trunk, it gripped the metal and popped it back in place in a few seconds. It saved time and aggravation. And, I will have it available for other DIY projects around the house.

I purchased this for maneuvering large 18x18 stone tiles into place. They weigh about 15lbs each. For $15 it works perfectly and appears well made. As other reviewers have pointed out the rating is actually 77lbs. It might be a little light duty for moving that much weight but for 25-30lbs or less it is perfect.

I hit something coming out of one of those drive thru car washes at my local gas station (you know the ones with no attendant present - did not make the sharp right turn apparently).

It did not sound good. Dent on the side of the car the size of a grapefruit. It did not take much effort to stick this to the car and pop the dent out. No pulling or tugging. Stuck it on, raised the handle, and the dent was gone - YES!

It was a bit smaller than expected.
Luckily, I had bought two of them which allowed me to move some large heavy stones with it.
Not sure if I would have been able to if I had only one.
Overall, I am happy with the product.

Wanted it for an odd purpose. Holding up a broken car window. It works and that works for me.

Well built, has a very durable diaphragm, and solidly maintains vacuum. I found out that not all brands that look like this are the same, as others I used wound up breaking after just a few uses.

This suction cup works! I used it to remove a large mirror off my wall. It is easy to use, and stays. Highly recommend.

as another reviewer wrote, item is misrepresented. it is smaller and capacity is lower than stated in Amazon's description. FastCup device is the same size, cheaper and works well. There are even Cheaper ones, on Amazon, and in H. Depot, Lowe's etc, but, inferior. I bought it for it's (mis)stated size only; therefore one star.
