This is not a book for beginning astrologers by any means. It is translated from formal latin so it almost takes an English major to understand the sentence structure. It is very hard to read - so no: I would not recommend it. However, it is required reading for a class that I'm taking, and hidden in the dense concepts and dense English are some incredibly profound insights.
