Astronaut Brent Action Figure from Beneath the Planet of the Apes

First of all, having been an astronaut fan since I was a child, I want to say that I LOVE this action figure! The uniform and the extra equipment are fantastic, and the headsculpt is a far cry from the "stiff" look of (still much loved) GI Joe or Ken.
My only complaint (and it is really a minor one for me) is that the figure looks more like Vincent Price rather than James Fransiscus who played Maj. Brent in "Beneath the Planet of the Apes". Still, I do not regret my purchase!

Hi. I am a huge fan of Planet of the Apes. I started collecting the Sideshow figures with the Taylor/Nova double pack. I liked them, so I ordered Cornelius, Zira, Zaius and Ursus. So I wanted one more, and saw Brent. I have taylor in his loin cloth, I though Brent in the astronaut suit would look nice. He doesn't look bad, but where the other figures closely resemble the actors/characters they played, this one looks like a crazed maniac. He does not look at all like James Franciscus. If that is not a problem for you, then get it. It is Sideshow, it is Planet of the Apes, and it is a human. He comes with a shovel (used to bury his commanding officer), oxygen tank, dog tags and water bottle. They all come with neat accessories. Problem is they are so small, they are easily lost, so be careful. He is the lowest priced of all the figures, so in that regard, he is worth it. So, keep collecting and have fun.
