asus U6S
This is a very sweet laptop, have been using it for more than 3 months now and no problem, and Asus has 2 years warranty plus 1 year accidental warranty, so buying this product be rest assured you will not have any problem. why i gave it a four star is just the battery life, is so short, it last like 2 hours or less in normal use, so if you need more life, you have to buy...

Runs slower than specs. would have you believe
I've had this guy for about 8 months now. The "chrome" sides have worn off a little. This was a Vista only machine when I purchased it, which seems to be a drag on the systems resources. Weakest part of the laptop is it's video. It needs more video RAM. System ran slower with each passing month (installing new programs). Just did a "clean" install of Vista...

This is a very sweet laptop, have been using it for more than 3 months now and no problem, and Asus has 2 years warranty plus 1 year accidental warranty, so buying this product be rest assured you will not have any problem. why i gave it a four star is just the battery life, is so short, it last like 2 hours or less in normal use, so if you need more life, you have to buy the 9 cell battery because it comes with 6 cell, but apart from that, no other problem. i love this laptop compare to Sony, this is the best.

Just did a "clean" install of Vista which sped things up a little. Not a true clean install though because Asus only shipped a "backup" disk instead of a stand alone disk with the Vista operating system. |
