Interesting twist on the standard mental institution fare has Robert Patrick (a very underrated actor) struggling with inner demons while trying to uncover a murderer within the confines of a creepy psychiatric hospital. Very suspenseful in sections and while I figured out who the killer was early on, flick was still very enjoyable. The always sexy Sarah Douglas (Superman 2) plays a cool shrink and there's great performances from some recognizable character actors. Perfect for a dark, rainy night.
