An entertaining video that also inspires girls to consider careers in aviation! END

I bought this video because I was spending a lot of money repeatedly renting it at the video store! My 2-year old loves this video and it's one of the few "action" videos that I've seen that is also a good learning tool. Most of the construction, train, and airplane videos are good viewing but they don't identify the names or processes that they're showing. "At the Airport" does an excellent job of explaining the actions, AND labelling the equipment, and people and parts of the airport, which is important to me since I am learning all these things, too!

Kids are taken behind-the-scenes with their host, Captain Kit, who explains everything from the ticket counter to the control tower, baggage handling to fueling, and interviews pilots (male and female). Provides excellent role models, action, airplanes, and a birds eye look at aviation careers. Endorsed by Kids First Coalition for Quality Children's Video and the Dove Foundation for "family-friendly" viewing. Fun for the whole family but the intended audience of 3 to 8 year olds will love it! END
