2009 two CD release. Lindisfarne At The BBC-The Charisma Years 1971-73 captures one of Britain's most important Folk Rock groups at the height of their commercial success. The album draws together an eclectic range of material, comprehensively covering all their existing BBC sessions whilst signed to the Charisma label. Highlights include 'Lady Eleanor' (originally featured on the Fog On The Tyne album which spent four weeks at the #1 spot) taken from the BBC R1 Sounds Of The '70s session on June 1971, and a wild rendition of the b-side 'Knackers Yard Blues', which is taken from a concert for John Peel, transmitted in June 1971. 36 tracks. EMI.
