Brenden Massei is a rare song writer/performer who conveys his message by simple musical arrangements and a direct lyrical style. He uses allegory and metaphor effectively as few singers of any genre do. Comparable to a young Leonard Cohen, Dylan and early Tom Waits, this recording feels like Massei is playing for you in your living room and sleeping on your couch. If "At Station Four" doesn't touch your soul, there's no soul there to touch....... BRAVO!

5.0 out of 5 stars Supperbell Roundup at Station Four, December 2, 1999

I am a retired professional musician. I believe that Brendon Massei is one of the best new, young performers to come along the music highway. His music is like a breath of fresh air. Everything he does is his own. He writes, arranges, sings and plays everything that you will hear on this recording. It is sweet, clean and makes you want to listen to more. Enjoy.

I just want to say that I have heard Brendon (SupperBell Roundup) sing in person. I personally know him, and he has so much talent, that if any produder would give him a chance at what he is good at he would benefit them I'm sure. This young man has so much talent with instruments, he feel's them like they are a part of him. He is a real pleasure to know and to listen to. Thank you for your time.
