Big and bold, brash yet beautiful Brit Babes,

This review is from: At the Club (Audio CD)
From the start, this is not a boring Britpop album. It's full of feeling and energy right from the awesome 'PVC' and 'People we want' through to the close harmony of 'Acetone' at the end, which makes you wish the album wasn't ending. But wait.. There's a bonus track, which really shows the whole spirit of the band. Excellent

These girls play so sweet and pure, it makes my bones ache. Like from another dimension of goodness and light.

shame kenickie have split; come out tonite (written at a ridiculously young age) sums up everything you ever did wrong in your early teens and makes it seem right. the girls and the boy were witty, clever and a hundred and one miles away from the stupidity of mor pop music. trash with substance, love it. viva kenickie.
