This is the only Eric Bogle I own (sorry Eric!) so I know little of his studio work. I attended a concert in on a whim, and was simply blown away by the profound and intimate, yet generous and funny nature of the man, his music and the concert itself. Through many moods, it remained with me ever since. When I came across this album I took a punt with it and was wonderfully rewarded. The introductions are very much part of each song and I feel like I'm getting the whole concert over and over again for free. Great stuff!

Great CD! Beautiful harmonies, well done. Entertaining. Has become a favourite for listening. Songs I always remembered from many years ago, enjoying them just as much this time.

Eric Bogle is an artist that I enjoy listening to. The music on this CD is great but I find the talking to be very distracting. I would prefer to have the songs on their own.
