Really, there isn't much to these, simply just cookie/dough cutters. They work. They do their job. they cut through dough. I've had them a year and they still cut. And they aren't rusty, so that's a plus right? :)

I've been using these for cutting out cookies from a rather stiff sugar cookie dough. I am in love with these cutters! Unlike the common tin steel cookie cutters, these are made from rigid stainless steel and are great for making precise cuts in a stiff dough. I've always hated how the common tin steel cutters easily lose their shape if you're not careful with them. These don't and I bet they'll last for years!

I just started baking seriously and was very plesantly surprised when I opened these cutters. Very nice quality and the largest ones are huge! I didn't even realize that they were two-sided when I ordered them (even though it clearly states such.) The larger sizes will certainly come in handy. Seems like they'll last a lifetime, too!

These cutters have a two-fold purpose; excellent for cutting biscuits and cookies. Also excellent for cutting fondant and gum paste cake projects!
