Great for taking cookies off the cookie sheet.

I love how thin and flexible this spatula is - it's great for cookies, eggs, and any other delicate food you want to flip without damaging.

I have one of these handy little spatulas, and although I think they're made for slipping cookies off a baking sheet, I find that nothing works better for omelettes. Just the right size and amount of flex. Inexpensive and well-made.

I purchased either the same or a very similar spatula almost ten years ago at Crate & Barrel. I realized how great it was and tried to purchase another, but apparently they stopped selling them. I have no idea why because they're amazing. Anyways, when my husband and I were doing the dishes one night I mentioned to him that I really wish we had another one of these because I use it so frequently. He went on Amazon and located this and it's pathetic how excited I was. This is the best spatula for getting cookies and other baked goods off of cookie sheets. It's super-thin so it's easy to slide it under the food, and it's sturdy while still being flexible so it's easy to maneuver. Seriously, this thing is amazing.

We've owned a few of these for over a year now and they have never failed us despite being dropped on ceramic floor ties and being run through the dishwasher daily. I just bought 3 more as they are inexpensive and good things sometimes disappear off the market for some reason.

A perfect spatula or turner for a flat top or stainless frying pan, it's a key player if you're trying to reduce the amount of plastic and teflon you eat :) I've actually found bits of plastic and nylon spatulas in food since their tips tend to melt, curl and break off in food. The curled plastic parts also tend to trap slowly decaying food and soap. Unlike plastic spatulas, these babies won't melt if you leave them on a frying pan accidentally.

It's flexible enough that they don't scratch our stainless frying pans (unlike thicker, rigid stainless spatulas, which are now totally unused). This is on medium-end cookware, and your mileage may vary depending on the hardness of your cookware. Can even be used to scrape food off cookware due to the flexibility. The handle is quite rigid.

+Handle is not especially long; should work for grillin, but a longer handle might be better for that purpose.

+Handle appears tack-welded to blade. Hasn't failed yet, and even if it does I'd be happy as we use them constantly.

+Not sharp enough to cut skin. Throw 'em blade up in the utensil basket of your dishwasher and forget about it. Use stainless or regular steel wool on them freely if necessary.

+Handle stays cool due to wire design.

Bought this for my partner for Christmas because he's always complaining that none of our spatulas are thin or flexible enough to get under fried eggs easily. He loves this one and says it's perfect for eggs!

We have had one of these spatulas in our kitchen for nearly a decade and cannot live without it! The first one wore out afer about 6 years of daily use when the rivets gave way between handle and blade. We use it for all skillet cooking in addition to baking. Was delighted to find the exact one to replace our original!

I purchased three because it is my go-to spatula and not the easiest to find except at Amazon or special order from stores featuring cooking utensils. The blade is thin and flexible making it ideal for turning eggs and pancakes as well as delicate cookies. I've used it on aluminum cookie sheets, non-stick griddles, and stainless steel skillets without scratching them. Most spatulas in department stores are thick and stiff making food difficult to turn. Except for having one handle come loose on a previous Ateco spatula several years ago, I've been very pleased.

I bought this spatula hoping to replace an old one that looked just like it. Unfortunately you can't tell from the picture that the spatula's blade is slightly curved. This prevents you from sliding under the cookie or egg evenly. If you try to use it as a pie cutter knife as I used to with my old one, it cuts on a curve. After a few months use the handle weld broke and I threw it away. My hope is to find another spatula made in the good old USA.
