For those of us who strive to make perfect culinary creations this ring/mold is for you. I have used it several times and it has made a perfect circle on my plate each and every time. Never sticks or falls apart. A great kitchen tool.

I wanted to throw out my old dinged up ring molds and get some nice ones, which I only use them during the holidays for a little baking. This a very high quality ring that is substantial. The edge is quite thick and may not be great if you are used to a thinner material with a better cutting quality to it, but this works fine for me. They are very sturdy and it would take some real effort to bend it out of place. I have washed them in the dishwasher with no bad side effects.

My only tiny complaint is that I thought it would be one piece. I try to avoid any metal products with seams because they seem to always rust over time no matter how careful you are to dry them or just hand wash them. The seam is very minor and appears to be well made with no impact on performance or quality, but is there nonetheless.

So far a great brand for ring molds. I will definitely buy again if I need more sizes.
