This book is presented in a way that any reader will be fascinated with because of its simplicity and health guarantees as the best food plan available today. The author has researched all of the top nutritional experts her entire life as a world class body builder and now tennis player/ and trainer. She offers readers a simple plan that is endorsed by a plethora of high profile athletes and celebrities such as Bill Clinton, Venus Williams and Jennifer Lopez among others seeking optimum health. The added bonus of lower food costs relative to the average American meat eating diet might help sway readers, but the added material she writes about is so compelling - the reader can not help but to re-evaluate eating habits endorsed by the meat and dairy industry. The author understands any transition is hard and after significant explanation documented by leading nutritional experts she refers to from her own research, she offers readers suggestions as to how to make the transition the most palatable. Not to mention the benefits of good blood values and a lean weight eating as much as you want. It is a real lead by hand type of educational book that can seriously change people's lives for the better if they are willing to read the book and then have a choice in front of them that is life changing for the better. Love this book! We are so lucky that Suzanna has put all of her tips and fitness knowledge into this one resource. This is one of my go-to guides for great recipes, shopping lists and easy-to-read information on nutrition. Highly recommend it!
