"Wayne Mazzoni knows every piece of information on the recruiting process. A must read for all student-athletes and parents." Ed Blankmeyer, Head Baseball Coach, St. John's University

"The high school athlete needs to understand that opportunities are limited at the college level. Those who have the talent must also have the desire and the knowledge to make it. Wayne provides that knowledge." Andy Baylock, Head Baseball Coach, University of Connecticut

"This is an opportunity for high school kids to take advantage of the expert advice of a professional to better themselves and reach their college dreams. People think college scouts are going to find them, that isn't the case." Joe Benanto, Owner, B&B Indoor Training Center

5.0 out of 5 stars The exact information we needed, October 5, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: The Athletic Recruiting & Scholarship Guide (Paperback)
Though a little skeptical based on one person's review that the book was "lean" in terms of graphics, I went ahead and bought it. While I agree that the book is not gorgeously laid out, it has some of the best information I have ever read in a how to book. My learning curve went straight up and not only would I recommend this book to any parent but have also bought copies for friends.

5.0 out of 5 stars I've read them all and this one is the best!, June 14, 1999

I work as a high school guidance counselor and was told to learn as much as possible about the recruiting process for sports. I bought all the books on the market and this one was BY FAR the best book out there. We bought copies for all our student-athletes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just what I needed, information, October 5, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: The Athletic Recruiting & Scholarship Guide (Paperback)
While this book does not have the perfect layout of pictures, etc. that many books do, it has the only thing you really need when it comes to recruiting...an insiders perspective on the process. This book can be read in a few hours and your learning curve during this time will be dramatic. I am so much more prepared now then when I started this process.
